Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of One of One Detailing LLC's services. By booking or accepting services from One of One Detailing LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. Services

One of One Detailing LLC provides professional automotive detailing, interior cleaning, exterior detailing, ceramic coating application, and pressure washing services. All services are performed at our facility located at 75 S 13th Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042, or at a customer-specified location for mobile services where applicable.

Service descriptions and pricing listed on our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and specific needs of your vehicle at the time of service.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

All services require a scheduled appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as early as possible if such a situation arises.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods. Quoted prices are estimates and the final invoice reflects the actual work performed.

Returned payments or chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in additional fees and suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Removing all personal belongings, valuables, cash, electronics, and important documents from your vehicle before service. One of One Detailing LLC is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
• Disclosing any known pre-existing damage, custom finishes, sensitive materials, or mechanical issues that could affect the detailing process.
• Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
• Notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products if applicable.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

We conduct a pre-service walkthrough inspection on all vehicles. One of One Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage including but not limited to: scratches, paint chips, dents, rust, worn trim, cracked dashboards, broken trim clips, faded paint, or other cosmetic or structural defects present before service begins.

By leaving your vehicle in our care, you acknowledge that we have informed you of any noted pre-existing conditions.

6. Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service, it must be reported before the vehicle leaves our care or within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this window cannot be verified as service-related and will not be accepted.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7. Satisfaction Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern at no additional charge. Satisfaction re-service is at the discretion of the Company and does not apply to pre-existing conditions or damage outside the scope of the service booked.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any vehicle that poses a health or safety risk (including but not limited to biohazardous materials, extreme infestation, or structural hazards), or for any customer who is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our staff.

If service is refused after a vehicle has been partially serviced, a partial charge for work already completed may apply.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes. Photos may be used on our website and social media. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please notify us before service begins. License plates and identifying information are cropped or obscured where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One of One Detailing LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
